Superfood Chocolate Bark
Servings: 20 bite-sized squares

½ c. melted coconut oil
½ c. raw cacao powder
¼ c. maple syrup
2 tbsp. chia seeds
½ c. raw walnuts, roughly chopped
½ c. shelled pistachios
¼ c. dried unsweetened cherries, roughly chopped
¼ c. unsweetened coconut flakes
1 tsp. High quality sea salt
Sprinkle of black pepper


  1. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together melted coconut oil, cacao, and maple syrup until fully combined. Carefully pour mixture onto middle of the baking sheet, and use a spatula to spread chocolate into one large even layer.
  3. Use hands to sprinkle each topping evenly over all of chocolate, including the edges.
  4. Plate in the freezer for at least 2 hours, up to overnight. Once solidified, remove from freezer and cut into 1” squares. Store in an airtight container in the fridge up to 1 week (if it lasts!).
